The name, business name, email address, and phone number a visitor chooses to give when booking a call or writing to the firm, along with anything written in the message itself. Nothing on this site requires an account, and no substantive research here sits behind a form.

Calls are booked through a third-party scheduling tool. That tool records the details entered on its booking form, the selected time, and the resulting calendar entry, and sends confirmation and reminder email. Kopikat Research receives the booking details and uses them to hold and prepare for the call. The scheduling tool handles that information under its own privacy terms.

Basic aggregate traffic information is collected so the firm can see which research pages are read: page views, referring source, approximate region, and device type. It is not used to build a profile of an individual visitor. The site uses only the cookies it needs to load pages and count traffic in aggregate. It runs no advertising cookies. The embedded scheduling tool sets its own cookies when a visitor interacts with it.

Contact information is used to reply, to schedule, to run agreed work, and to send occasional follow-up about an engagement. It is not used to market to anyone else's customers.

A small set of providers make the work possible: website and database hosting, the scheduling tool, and transactional email delivery. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function and operates under its own terms. Information collected here is never sold, rented, or traded.

Records a client shares for a paid engagement are handled under the signed engagement and the commitments on the confidentiality page, not under this page.

Anyone can ask what information the firm holds about them, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion by emailing inquiries@kopikat.io. Follow-up email carries an unsubscribe route, and a request to stop contact is honoured for the whole company. This page is updated as practice changes, and the updated version applies from the date it is posted. This is a business-to-business site, it is not directed at children, and information from anyone under sixteen is deleted if it arrives. Site use is governed by the terms of use.
