Services
Research first, then the services that follow from it
The research establishes what happened. The services decide and operate what to do about it.
Qualification Call
15 minutes · no cost- Purpose
- Settle whether there is enough unsold replacement volume to justify reading records.
- What happens
- A scheduled phone callback covering monthly estimate volume, close rate, and what happens to the rest. No records are opened.
- What it produces
- A yes or no on moving to the Recovery Review, given on the call.
- What it does not include
- No record review, no written findings, and no proposal.
Recovery Review
60 minutes · no cost- Purpose
- Count a recent window of the shop's own replacement estimates together.
- What happens
- A screen-share session on the shop's own system. Estimates written, closed, and left without an ending are counted live.
- What it produces
- A shared count the shop keeps: quoted, sold, and unresolved value for the window.
- What it does not include
- No records leave the shop. Full classification and an implementation blueprint are not produced.
Replacement Recovery Diagnostic
$3,000, fixed- Purpose
- Establish from the records what happens after a replacement estimate does not close.
- What happens
- Several working sessions on the shop's estimate records, plus suggested conversations with the people who write and work them. Facts are kept separate from assumptions.
- What it produces
- Written findings, a prioritized blueprint another team could execute, and a written recommendation.
- What it does not include
- It builds nothing and promises no recovered revenue figure. It is not a deposit and is not credited against a later build.
Recovery Build
$7,500, one time- Purpose
- Put the documented blueprint into operation on the system the shop already runs.
- What happens
- Ownership, timing, priority, and handoff rules configured on ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or Jobber for one location. The queue and reporting are tested and stabilized.
- What it produces
- A working recovery process, tested, with measurement in place from day one.
- What it does not include
- No system is replaced or migrated. It does not run month to month, and it requires the Diagnostic first.
Managed Recovery Operations
$4,000 per month- Purpose
- Keep the recovery process running and honest after launch.
- What happens
- Daily operation of the queue, human handling of exceptions, data-quality and handoff checks, and tuning when the process drifts.
- What it produces
- A recurring report on attribution and gross profit against what it cost to recover.
- What it does not include
- No recovered revenue is guaranteed. It does not take over the sales function, and the shop can overrule it at any point.
Standalone Build
Not currently available. A diagnostic blueprint can still be implemented internally or by another vendor, and nothing in it is withheld.

Paid engagements run under written terms. A sample engagement agreement is published as a working draft so a shop can see the shape of the terms in advance. It is not binding and not ready for signature. Record handling is covered by confidentiality and privacy. Use of this site is governed by the terms of use.
