Kopikat Research publishes kopikat.io to explain its research and process improvement services for HVAC replacement teams. These terms cover the website, its articles, examples, and booking links. They do not replace a signed client agreement or change its price, scope, or obligations.

The Estimate Process Call and Recovery Review are free conversations. Booking either does not purchase a service, authorize customer outreach, or enroll a shop in ongoing management. The initial call requires no customer files or system access. If records are needed for a later discussion, access and handling are agreed first.

Before paid work begins, both sides agree on the parties, scope, deliverables, fee, payment terms, responsibilities, access, and how the engagement ends. The pricing page states the published offers and their limits. Extra work and third party costs require agreement; a website price change does not change an existing signed scope.

A Pilot or Diagnostic covers review and findings. Implementation and customer contact require their own agreed scope. Managed Recovery Operations is optional and has a written monthly price before work begins. No recurring service starts automatically after a Pilot, Diagnostic, or Build.

Findings depend on the records available and the work agreed. A reason that has not been established remains unknown. An unresolved estimate is not proof of recoverable revenue. We do not promise a higher close rate, a number of recovered jobs, revenue, or a return on fees. A sale recorded after an activity does not by itself prove the activity caused it.

Illustrative operating figures and records on this site are constructed examples, not client results or industry benchmarks. Published fees are actual offer prices for the stated scopes.

The shop approves customer contact authority, operating responsibilities, and any team credit rules. Credit reporting follows those rules and does not determine legal entitlement to compensation. Commission calculations, payments, payroll, and employment decisions are outside the current service scope.

Website material is general information, not advice tailored to a particular business. Kopikat does not provide legal, tax, accounting, engineering, equipment selection, installation, or code compliance advice. Use an appropriately qualified professional for decisions requiring that expertise.

You may read the material, share links, and quote reasonable excerpts with attribution and a link to the source. Kopikat’s original material and third party material remain subject to their respective ownership and applicable licenses. Please request permission before republishing a complete article or using our material in a product for sale, except where the law or an applicable license already permits that use.

Do not misrepresent authorship or endorsement, interfere with the site, submit malicious material, impersonate another person, or attempt to access private systems or records. Access may be restricted where needed to address misuse or protect the service.

Booking is provided through Cal.com. Check the time zone shown in its calendar before confirming a time. External websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link or mention does not imply an endorsement or partnership.

Website material is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access or suitability for every business. Nothing here excludes rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Our privacy notice describes website and business contact information. Our confidentiality commitments address client records. Do not submit confidential customer files through a booking form or initial inquiry.
