What you receive

The output of each service, stated plainly

Every service produces something the shop keeps.

Qualification Call

A verbal read on whether the unsold replacement volume justifies looking at records. Nothing is written up at this stage.

Recovery Review

A shared count taken on the shop's own screen: estimates written, closed, unresolved, and the quoted value attached. The shop keeps the numbers.

Recovery Diagnostic

Written findings, a prioritized blueprint another team could execute, and a written recommendation that may be to build nothing.

Recovery Build

A configured and tested recovery process on the shop's existing system, with ownership, timing, priority, handoff rules, and reporting in place.

Managed Recovery Operations

Ongoing operation, human exception handling, data-quality and handoff checks, and a recurring report on attribution and gross profit.

Illustrative example

The figures below are constructed examples for illustration only. They are not client data, a case study, an industry benchmark, or a promise of results. They exist to show the shape of a findings summary, nothing more.

Replacement estimates written in the window
412
Total quoted
$1.86M
Sold and closed
$1.32M
Documented decline or competitor choice
$118K
Postponed with a next step on record
$96K
Unresolved with nothing on record
$324K

Example findings lines, with facts and assumptions kept apart

  • Fact: 71 estimates in the window have no contact activity recorded after the day they were written.
  • Fact: financing was offered on 22 percent of estimates above twelve thousand dollars, and no re-offer is recorded on any of the declines.
  • Assumption reported by the office: most of the quiet estimates went to a competitor. The record does not support or contradict this for 58 of them.
  • Unresolved pattern: estimates written in the last ten days of a month are the least likely to carry a documented ending.
  • Not determinable: whether the customers with no recorded ending were contacted by phone without a note being written.

A real findings summary is written from one shop's own records and will not resemble this one in its numbers. The method behind it is on the research approach page.

Paid engagements run under written terms. A sample engagement agreement is published as a working draft so a shop can see the shape of the terms in advance. It is not binding and not ready for signature. Record handling is covered by confidentiality and privacy. Use of this site is governed by the terms of use.
