Count your pile.
Six numbers off your own records for a recent window of replacement estimates. Nothing here is a forecast. It reads what your records already say, and what they leave out. This runs entirely in your browser, nothing you type ever leaves it, and there is no form at the end.
This is a record-quality and recovery-review estimate, not a revenue forecast or guarantee.
Unresolved is not the same as lost.
An estimate is lost when the record says why it ended. Everything else is unresolved, which means the outcome is unknown, not negative. This page separates the two instead of assuming either one.
The three counts underneath are the operational ones.
No documented reason, no second contact, no owner. Those are not market conditions or a bad season. They describe a process with nobody assigned to it, and they are the part of this fully inside your control.
Why there is no revenue you could recover box.
Every competing calculator ends by multiplying an unresolved pile by a recovery rate somebody made up, and showing a big green number. It is the most persuasive thing they could put on the page and it is the least defensible. Knowing why each estimate stopped is what separates the ones still alive from the ones that are not, and that is the actual work of a recovery review, not a slider.
